LabSafety AI is provided for informational and educational purposes only. The analysis generated by the AI is based on a predefined set of safety rules but should not be considered a substitute for a professional, human-led safety audit. We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the AI-generated report, nor for any actions taken based on its content.
2. User-Uploaded Content
You are solely responsible for the images and notes you upload. You warrant that you have the necessary rights to upload the content and that it does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of any third party. Do not upload images containing sensitive or personal information.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LabSafety AI and its licensors.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall LabSafety AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. The service is a tool and not a replacement for professional advice.
